A Jump Due To A Hump

Acer Laptop Issue: Laptop Mouse & Keyboard was on vacation … What do you do?

Tonight I  went to buy a keyboard with my sister Priya because, her Acer laptop got a new issue …. she was not able to log in …  System is booting properly and prompting the user names … but the laptop mouse and keyboard was not working …  so she was not able to type any thing and move her cursor as well …

I tried logging in with a guest user account … opened the notepad using external mouse …opened the monitor keyboard …. typed the password … copied it… switched the user to the master admin …. and pasted the password …. now the system gave us a way to get in …. the second time it didn’t allow us to type / paste anything in the password area …

So I decided to log on with the help of an external keyboard.

It was almost 9:00 pm (most of the shops were closed … and few of them was in the process of closing it …) and my sister was doing her selection on keyboards, I was standing out side of that shop.  A man came in a bike with his family .. I mean two small kids …. He was wearing a headphone … and was talking to somebody ..while riding his bike … the moment he was crossing the hump his wife slipped from the bike …

and managed to jump and landed safely without falling down … the funniest part is her don’t know what was happened … he was simply riding his bike …. After a while that gentlewoman took her phone and called him … after he saw her in coming call he realized that … something was wrong …

He came back and silently picked his wife and vanished … definitely he might be getting good blasting from his wife ….  My sister came back with her new keyboard … Once we reached the home we connected the external keyboard to the system … and we were able to type the password now

I went to the my computer — properties …  hardware …. device manager …selected the keyboard and disabled it first … and then again I enabled …. still no result … so I click right button in the mouse and selected the … update the changes …. now I was able to use the laptop keyboard itself …

Still I was not able to crack the touch mouse …..

உகமை – அப்பாவின் பிறந்த ஊர், நெடு நாட்களுக்குப் பின் எங்களுடைய கிராமத்துக்குச் சென்று நூறு வயதான அப்பத்தாவை பார்த்து வந்தோம். அப்பத்தாவின் செல்லப் பேரன் நான். எப்போதெல்லாம்  வாய்ப்பு கிடைக்கிறதோ, அப்போதெல்லாம் உகமை சென்று அப்பத்தாவை பார்த்து வருவது வழக்கம்.

அப்பத்தா மிகவும் சுருசுருபானவர். அதிகாலமே வயலுக்குச் சென்று வேலை செய்து விட்டு சயந்கள வேலை தான் வீடு திரும்புவார்கள். ஆடு, மாடு, கோழி என அனைத்தையும் அப்பத்தாதான் பார்த்துக் கொள்வார்கள்.

விவசாய வேலைகள் அதனையும் அத்துப்படி அவர்களுக்கு.  வண்ண வண்ண பனை ஓலைகளில் பாய், பட்டி, தட்டு, விசிறி, சின்ன விளையாட்டு பொருட்கள் (கிலுகிலுப்பை – சிறுசிறு கற்களை உள்ளே போட்டு, ஒரு கைப்பிடியோடு உள்ள சுத்தியல்  போன்று அமைப்புடைய பனை ஓலையால் செய்யப்பட்ட விளையாட்டு பொருள் ) அப்பத்தாவின் பொழுது போக்காகும்.

அப்பத்தாவின் உடை மிகவும் வித்தியாசமாக இருக்கும். தாத்தா மலேசியாவில் உணவகம் மற்றும் பலசரக்கு கடை வைத்திருந்தார்கள். அதனால்  அடிக்கடி மலேசியா சென்று வருவார். அதன் காரணமாக, அப்பத்தாவின் பேச்சு வழக்கும், உடை அணியும் விதமும் மலேசியா கலாச்சார தலுவளாகவே இருக்கும்.

மேலே ஒரு சட்டையும். கேழே ஒரு லுங்கியும், ஒரு வண்ண வண்ண பூப்போட்ட துண்டு சகிதமாக காணப்படுவார்கள்.  ருசியான உணவுகளை (இடியாப்பம், கொழுக்கொட்டை …) மிகச் சீக்கிரத்தில் சமைப்பார்கள். அவ்வப்போது வெற்றிலையும் போடுவார்கள்.  பனை ஓலை கொண்டு பின்னும் வண்ண வண்ண பைகளை நாள் முழுவதும் பார்த்துக்கொண்டே இருக்கலாம்.

சிறு வயதில் நானும் எனது சித்தப்பா மகன் குமாரும் வேட்டையாடி கொண்டுவரும் கொக்கு மற்றும் இதர சில பறவைகளை அப்பத்தா தன ருசியாக சமைத்து தருவார்கள். ஏரியில் மீன் பிடிப்பதில் அப்பத்தா ஒரு கில்லாடி.  இப்பொழுது நடை தளர்ந்து  விட்டதே தவிர பார்வையும், கேட்கும் திறனும் நன்றாகவே உள்ளது.

Agronol – Growel Coconut Special

My house has two coconut trees (Cocos nucifera). After seeing its condition my uncle from Madurai consulted one his friend, who has a PhD in Botany suggested some chemicals. So my uncle Mr. Jacob Francis brought them to Chennai last month. Its called Agronol, Growel Coconut Special, Manufactired by Annai Agro Chemicals, Tamilnadu. Net wieght is 1 k.g. Maximum retail price is Rs 75.00. The expiry is three years for the packed growel. It contains ferrous iron, manganese, zinc, boron and copper. For each tree yo need 500 gm  of  Growel which will give them the minerals for 6 months. So yearly you need  a 1 kg per tree.

How to use it?

• Dig a half circle near the root are.
• Mix the chemical with 3 or for kgs of sand.
• Now  you cover the hole with this sand Growel mix.
• On top of it fill the with normal  sand again. pore some water.

Advantages of using Growel:

1. Avoids the falling of coconuts when they are too small (young)
2. Increases the number of coconuts per season
3. Increases the size of the coconuts

After I saw the cover, I am imagining that I will also get at least 500 coconuts per tree for a season 🙂
