Great. Hats off. Our Chennai Corporation is using Twitter and sharing lots of useful information.

http://twitter.com/chennaicorp.  The site looks awesome except those animated news messages scrolling on the right side.  Its very difficult to read.  I hope very soon we will get a that site in Tamil language as well.

This gentle man came to my street last week. We asked him to clean our coconut trees. Per tree he charged 30 Rs. I gave him extra money and three of my old shirts.  He was so happy. My opinion is … we shouldn’t be bargaining / negotiating with these social helpers.
