Today I bought bread, cake and some sweets from Delicious Bakery, Oil Mill Bus Stop, Ullagaram, Chennai. These people are from Kerala. The bread was so soft and awesome in taste. Every one could at least try to taste some thing from this bakery. My favorite item is “Apple Cake”.

வேலைகளில் சிகரமானது வாழைப் பூ ஆய்வது.
கடந்த மாதம், ஒரு ஞாயிற்றுகிழமை வாழைப் பூ உரித்துக் கொண்டிஇருந்தேன். கடைசி ஒன்றிரண்டு பூக்கள் மட்டும் மிச்சம் இருருக்கும் போது, எனது மனைவி வந்து சொன்னாள், இது என்ன? எது நல்ல பகுதியோ அதை குப்பையிலே போட்டுவிட்டு, எது கிழே போகவேண்டிய பகுதியோ அதை தட்டிலே வைத்து உள்ளீர்கள். அன்றுதான் வாலைப் பூவை எப்படி உரிப்பது என கற்றுக்கொண்டேன்.

நீரிழிவு நோய் போக்கும் கோவைக்காய் / சர்க்கரை நோயை போக்கும் கோவைக்காய். சாதாரணமாக எல்லா காய்கறி அங்காடிகளிலும் / காய்கறி கடைகளிலும் தாராளமாகக் கிடைக்கக் கூடியதுதான் கோவைக்காய். கொஞ்சமாய் துவர்ப்புச் சுவையுடைய இந்த கோவைக்காயில் பொரியல், வற்றல், கூட்டு, சாம்பார் செய்து உணவில் சேர்த்துக் கொள்வது நல்லது.
கோவைக் காயின் வேறொரு பெயர் தொண்டைக் காய்
இது உடம்புக் குளுமையாக வைக்க உதவும்

We visited Mudumalai National Park and Wildlife Sanctuary (now called as Mudumalai Tiger Reserve) located on the northwest side of the Nilgiri Hills (Blue Mountains), in Nilgiri District. It is about 80 km north-west to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Half of the area comes under Karnataka and remaining comes under Kerala state in South India.
